4 Tbspdark soy sauce

How To Make shanghai shrimp

1mix the sherry, dark soy sauce, sugar, and red wine vinegar together. Set aside.

2Add the oil to a skillet or wok. Add the ginger, garlic, and scallions and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook until pink. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and turn the heat up on high. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce is glazed and thickened.
