Ingredients For seared sea scallops

1/2 cflour

2 tspseasoning salt

1/2 tsporegano

1/2 tspthyme

2 Tbsplemon pepper

16sea scallops

2 Tbspolive oil

4 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

4 tsplemon juice
How To Make seared sea scallops

1In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, oregano, thyme and lemon pepper.

2Roll the scallops in the flour mixture until lightly coated on all sides.

3Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over a high heat. Add 4 scallops to the pan and sear on all sides (about 2 minutes for each side). Remove scallops from pan and place on a plate in the oven to keep warm until ready to serve. Repeat until all the scallops have been seared.

4Sprinkle the scallops with the lemon juice and chopped parsley and serve.
