Ingredients For seafood salad

1 (6 oz.) canlump crab meat, drained and flaked

1 (4 oz.) cantiny shrimp, drained

1/4 ccooked, chopped scallops
-
1/3 cmayonnaise

2 Tbspcucumber dressing
-
1 stalkcelery, chopped finely
-
1 smcarrot, shredded
-
4ripe olives, finely chopped
-
1 smroma tomato, chopped
-
1/4 cchopped cucumber
-
green leaf lettuce
-
4pita poclets
How To Make seafood salad

1In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pita pockets and lettuce.

2Line each pita with a lettuce leaf.

3Spoon seafood mixture, divided evenly, into each pocket.
