How To Make scallops with salsa verde

1To make the salsa verde, mix the shallot with the lemon juice and set aside for 5 minutes. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Set aside to left the flavors meld.

2Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Sear the scallops about 3 minutes each side until browned well.

3Serve the scallops with the salsa verde.
