1For the Pesto Place all the ingredients except olive oil in a food processor With the processor going drizzle in the olive oil until desired consistency. Season with salt and Pepper

3Add about an inch of oil to a skillet. once it starts to smoke add the scallops and brown on each side about 3 minutes each side.
