24scallops patted dry

2 Tbspolive oil

2 clovegarlic peeled

2fresh thai chili

1/4 cfresh cilantro

1 Tbspfish sauce

3 Tbspagave syrup or honey

4 Tbsplime juice
How To Make scallops in thai seafood sauce

1Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Set aside. Place the garlic, chiliies, cilantro, fish sauce, Agave, and lime juice in a food processor and process until well incorporated.

2Add oil to a large skillet. Sear the scallops until browned. Work in batches removing scallops to plate.

3Once all are browned, place back in pan and pour the sauce over and bring to a boil. Turn heat off and serve immediately.
