1/2 cblood orange olive oil

2 Tbspred wine vinegar

2 tubewhole grain mustard

How To Make scallops in blood orange mustard viniagrette

1Pat the scallops dry and season with salt. Set aside.

2Mix the blood orange olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, garlic and sugar together. Add salt to taste. Shake well and set aside

3Add the olive oil and butter in a non stick skillet. Once hot sear the scallops for 2 minutes each side. Remove from pan to a paper towel. Arrange on plate and drizzle the viniagrette over top and add a cilantro leaf for garnish
