1 cfresh cilantro finely chopped

1/4 crice vinegar

How To Make scallops in a soy ginger, cilantro vinaigrette

1Place all the ingredients for the vinagrette in a jar with a lid. Shake vigorously to combine. Set aside.

2Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to a large skillet. Once the oil is smoking sear the scallops about 3 minutes per side.

3Drizzle the vinagrette onto a serving dish and place the scallops on top.
