Ingredients For salmon with thai chili lime noodles
- SALMON AND GLAZE

4skinless salmon fillets

2 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspsoy sauce

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

1/4 cdark brown sugar
- NOODLES
-
8 ozrice noodles
-
juice of 1 lime
-
3 Tbspbrown sugar

4 Tbspsoy sauce

1/2 cshiitake mushroom sliced

1 Tbspginger grated
-
2 Tbsptamarind paste
-
1 cspinach
-
2red chili seeded and chopped
-
6scallions chopped
How To Make salmon with thai chili lime noodles

1Cook the rice noodles according to directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger , lime and tamarind paste together and set aside. Place oil in large skillet and add the mushrooms and cook a couple of minutes. Add the chilies. Cook 1 minutes. Pour over the sauce mix. Bring it to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Add in the green onions, and spinach. Cook 30 seconds. Stir in the noodles and cook until noodles are warmed through.

2Place the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium high heat. Sear the Salmon on each side about 3 minutes each. remove from pan. Mix the garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar together. Pour into pan and bring to a boil. Add the salmon back in pan and baste the glaze over the salmon. Reduce the heat to low and let cook 2 more minutes.

3Serve the Salmon over the noodles and garnish with some green onions.
