1/2 ccountry style dijon mustard

4 1/2 Tbsppure maple syrup

3 1/2 Tbspwater

2 Tbspprepared horseradish

6 8-ozsalmon fillets

1 1/2 Tbspgolden brown sugar, packed

1 1/2 Tbspchopped fresh thyme
How To Make salmon with maple-thyme glaze

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Whisk mustard, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 3 1/2 tablespoons water, and horseradish in small bowl to blend.

3Arrange salmon on baking sheet.

4Whisk 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup, sugar, and thyme in another small bowl to blend. Spread thyme mixture evenly over salmon.

5Bake until salmon is just opaque in center, about 14 minutes.

6Transfer salmon to plates. Spoon mustard-horseradish sauce over and serve.
