Ingredients For salmon in lemon cream sauce

  • 6
    portions salmon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • LEMON CREAM SAUCE
  • 1 sm
    shallot minced
  • 1/2 c
    dry white wine
  • 1 c
    chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest grated
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

How To Make salmon in lemon cream sauce

    Add salt and pepper to Salmon. Sear the Salmon in oil until no longer dark pink in middle. Set aside and keep warm

    To make the sauce Place a little oil in a sauce pan. Saute the shallots for 1 minutes. Add the wine and let reduce to about 1 tbsp. Add the broth and boil to reduce to 1/2 cup. Stir in the lemon juice and zest. Slowly add the cream whisking constantly. Taste and season with salt and pepper,
