1/2 cdry white wine

1 cchicken broth

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 tsplemon zest grated

How To Make salmon in lemon cream sauce

1Add salt and pepper to Salmon. Sear the Salmon in oil until no longer dark pink in middle. Set aside and keep warm

2To make the sauce Place a little oil in a sauce pan. Saute the shallots for 1 minutes. Add the wine and let reduce to about 1 tbsp. Add the broth and boil to reduce to 1/2 cup. Stir in the lemon juice and zest. Slowly add the cream whisking constantly. Taste and season with salt and pepper,
