I don't like fish as a general rule, but I can eat these... This is not an original recipe of mine and I do not remember where I got it or if after I got it I modified it... :(

Ingredients For salmon cakes

1 canpink salmon

1/4 conion, finely chopped

1/4 cflour
-
1 lgegg, beaten

3 Tbspmayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste

oil for frying
How To Make salmon cakes

1Drain and remove bones from salmon

2mix all ingredients and form into 2" patties (refrigerating for 30 minutes will help patties hold together while cooking).

3Fry in oil on medium high heat until browned on each side (about 4-5 minutes per side or deep fry 3-5 minutes.
