2 ccooked salmon

1/2 cpanko breadcrumbs

1 mdonion chopped finely

4 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspdill weed

2 tspground fennel

1 lgegg

1/4 cmayonnnaise

2 tspdijon mustard

1 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
- GARLIC SAUCE

1/2 cmayonnaise
-
4 clovegarlic minced
-
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
-
heavy cream to thin
-
salt and pepper to taste

dill weed to garnish
How To Make salmon cakes with garlic sauce

1Mix all the salmon cake ingredients together except for Panko and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix all the ingredients for the garlic sauce together and refrigerate.

2Shape the salmon cake into patties and roll in Panko and fry in oil until browned on both sides. Transfer to a 350 degree oven and bake 15 minutes.

3Serve with garlic sauce and garnish with dill.
