15 gspinach
-
100 gcooked prawns, peeled

1tangerine
-
1/2avocado
-
2beetroots
-
lemon juice
How To Make prawn, quinoa & tangerine salad

1Rinse the quinoa in cold water before cooking.

2Cook the quinoa according to the pack instructions (for 50g quinoa use 100ml water, bring to the boil then simmer for 15 mins).

3Peel the tangerine and chop the avocado and beetroot.

4Plate everything up and mix in the quinoa.
