One of my signature dishes that I developed right after culinary school. My family loves it. The sweet peach and bourbon flavor enhances the taste of the salmon without being overpowering.

Ingredients For peach bourbon glazed salmon

  • 1/4 c
    dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    bourbon
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4
    6 oz salmon
  • 1/4 c
    peach preserves
  • 2 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp
    honey

How To Make peach bourbon glazed salmon

  • 1
    Combine first 5 ingredients, mix well and add salmon fillets, turn to coat well, cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours
  • 2
    Combine next 5 ingredients for basting sauce in small sauce pan, heat to simmer to wake up flavors, refrigerate until needed.

    Set grill to medium heat. Cook marinated salmon on grill, basting with sauce, cook until salmon is done.
