Ingredients For pan seared tuna noodle bowl

8 ozrice noodles

2tuna filets

1 cred cabbage

1red chili seeded and finely chopped

1/4 ccilantro chopped

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspeach fish sauce and sesame oil

1/4 cbrown sugar
-
2 clovegarlic minced
-
1 Tbspgrated ginger

juice and zest of 1 lime

1 Tbspblack sesame seeds

How To Make pan seared tuna noodle bowl

1Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In a saucepan over med heat add the sesame oil. Add the garlic and ginger and saute 1 minute. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice and brown sugar. Cook 1 minute. Add the red cabbage and chili and cook until cabbage is crisp tender. Remove from heat and set aside.

2Place a cast iron pan over high heat until it smokes a bit. Lower the heat and add the tuna and sear about 2 minutes each side or until desired doneness. Remove the tuna to a cutting board.

3Place the noodles on a plate. Top with the veggie sauce mixture. Top with fresh cilantro. Slice the Tuna and place it on the noodle bowl. Garnish with black sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
