1 lbsea scallops patted dry

salt and pepper

micro cilantro for garnish
How To Make pan seared sea scallops in soy ginger honey sauce

1For the sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and simmer until thickened and reduced. About 10 minutes

2For the scallops: Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Add oil to a hot pan and sear the scallops about 2 minutes per side.

3Spoon sauce onto a plate. Top with scallops and micro cilantro. Serve immediately.
