How To Make pan fried garlic calamari

1Add the butter and olive oil to a large skillet. Cut the squid tubes into rings and add to skillet with tentacles and garlic.

2Cook about 5 minutes until the calamari has firmed up. Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper.
