Ingredients For pan fried garlic calamari

  • 1 stick
    each butter and olive oil
  • 1 lb
    calamari fully defrosted if frozen.
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • fresh parsley chopped

How To Make pan fried garlic calamari

  • 1
    Add the butter and olive oil to a large skillet. Cut the squid tubes into rings and add to skillet with tentacles and garlic.

    Cook about 5 minutes until the calamari has firmed up. Season with lemon juice and salt and pepper.

    With slotted spoon transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley
