Ingredients For oyster casserole

1 qtoyster meat, rinsed and drained well

1/3 colive oil

2 clovegarlic, finely minced

1/3 cfresh parsley, chopped

2 citalian breadcrumbs (i make my own)

1/4 clime or lemon juice
-
6spring onions, sliced, white and green
-
1/3 cparmesan cheese, grated
How To Make oyster casserole

1Preheat your oven to 200 C (400 F). Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter.

2Here is the oyster meat, in brine, from local fishermen, and they deliver as well. Each bag has 2 cups of oyster meat, drained.

3In a mixing bowl, add the olive oil, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, and lime or lemon juice, mix together.

4Add the oysters to the dish and spread out to an even layer.

5Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the oysters.

6Sprinkle on the cheese.

7Sprinkle on the spring onion.

8Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping browned.

9Serve with a side or two of your choice. Enjoy.
