Ingredients For orange glazed salmon

1/2 corange juice

4 Tbspeach honey and soy sauce

3 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspground ginger

4salmon filllets

1 Tbspcornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
How To Make orange glazed salmon

1Mix the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and ginger together. Place the Salmon fillets in a large baggie. Pour the orange juice mixture over and let marinate for 4 to 6 hours in refrigerator.

2Remove the fillets from the marinade. Place a large skillet on stove top and add some oil. Get the oil hot on high heat. Turn the heat down to med/high and place the salmon skin side down.

3Sear until skin is crispy. Turn the salmon and cook until done. Remove the salmon. Add the marinade to the pan bring to a boil. Thicken with the cornstarch water mixture. Serve with the salmon
