nelia's baked salmon
The baked salmon dish from my sister in law Nelia was delicious. Very tender, The Mama Sita's SINIGANG SA SAMPALOK spice mix is the Kicker. A very unique spice. My great nieces and nephews loved it.

Ingredients For nelia's baked salmon

2 lb. salmon fillet. or 2 1 lb. salmon fillets

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbs. dijon mustard

2 tbs. red wine

3 tbs. chopped fine garlic

3/4 to 1 pkg. mama sita's sinigang sa sampailok seasoning. 1.76 oz.
How To Make nelia's baked salmon

1pull pin bones from salmon.

2In a bowl combine Mayonnaise, Dijon Mustard, Red Wine, Chopped garlic, Mama Sita's spice mix. Mix well

3Lay salmon skin side down on large baking pan Spread mixture over fillets covering completely.

4Set oven rack 4 inches below broiler. Broil 3 minutes, checking frequently!

5Remove from oven. Set oven rack to middle of oven. Turn oven to 350. Bake for 20 minutes.
