1/4 csugar

1/2 cmirin

1/4 crice vinegar

How To Make miso salmon

1Mix the ingredients together for the marinade. Add the filets and let marinate at least one hour or up to 4 hours.

2Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Add some oil to a frying pan and fry until desired doneness. Garnish with scallions.
