1/3 ceach sake, mirin, and white miso

3 Tbspbrown sugar

2 Tbspsoy sauce

4sea bass filets

2 Tbspscallions chopped

How To Make miso glazed sea bass with furikake

1Mix the Sake, Mirin, Miso, Brown sugar, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the Bass and let marinate it the fridge for 6 hours.

2Preheat the broiler and remove the bass from the marinade and place on a baking sheet.

3Broil the fish until opaque in the center. About 6 minutes. Turning half way through and brushing with the marinade.

4Transfer to a plate and garnish with scallions and Furitake
