How To Make miso blood orange scallops

1MIx the blood orange juice, zest and miso paste together in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and cook 1 minute. Stir in the butter and stir until it melts. Set aside

2Add oil to a skillet. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper. Sear the scallops in hot oil for 2 minutes per side.

3Add the sauce to a plate and top with scallops. Add a little microgreens for garnish
