Ingredients For mediterranean style cod fish for two

  • 6 oz
    2 cod filet's
  • 1 sm
    roma tomato
  • 1/4 c
    kalamata olives chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    panko bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • dash
    course ground salt
  • dash
    black groundpepper
  • dash
    old bay seasoning
  • dash
    dried basil

How To Make mediterranean style cod fish for two

    gather your ingredients.
    preheat oven to 425°
    chop your olives and slice your tomato.
    cut lemon in half .

    pat cod filet's dry
    squeeze half lemon juice over them
    add your dry spices
    drizzle cooking oil/ evo onto baking pan
    place filet's on pan

    added your olives on top of filet's and add sliced tomato
    sprinkle panko bread crumbs
  • Serve with your favorite mediterranean style sides.

    bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes until fish reaches 145° check with food thermometer!
