Ingredients For maple glazed salmon

26 oz salmon filets skin on

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tsppaprika
-
2 tspbrown sugar
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 cwhite wine
-
juice of 1 lemon
-
4 Tbspmaple syrup
-
parsley for garnish
How To Make maple glazed salmon

1Mix the paprika, cumin,, salt, & brown sugar together. Rub on the skinless side of salmon

2Add oil to a pan and get it hot. Sear the salmon skin side down to crisp up the skin. Turn the salmon over. pour the wine and lemon juice around the salmon and let most evaporate.

3Turn the salmon over again and brush the Maple syrup over the filets and baste with the sauce until cooked through.

4Garnish with parsley
