Ingredients For maple glazed salmon

  • 2
    6 oz salmon filets skin on
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 Tbsp
    maple syrup
  • parsley for garnish

How To Make maple glazed salmon

  • 1
    Mix the paprika, cumin,, salt, & brown sugar together. Rub on the skinless side of salmon
  • 2
    Add oil to a pan and get it hot. Sear the salmon skin side down to crisp up the skin. Turn the salmon over. pour the wine and lemon juice around the salmon and let most evaporate.
  • 3
    Turn the salmon over again and brush the Maple syrup over the filets and baste with the sauce until cooked through.
  • 4
    Garnish with parsley
