Ingredients For janny’s lobster roll

  • 1 c
    cooked lobster cut inyo small bite size pieces
  • 1 stalk
    celery chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • iceberg lettuce leaves
  • celery salt
  • pepper

How To Make janny’s lobster roll

    Mix lobster celery salt n pepper mayo together.. set aside
  • Buttery toasted roll

    Butter n Toast top cut hot dog or rolls of your choice to golden brown

    Open toasted rolls lightly spread with mayo and lay a couple iceberg lettuce leaves in roll fill with lobster mixture and sprinkle with paprika serve with your favorite chips along side and enjoy
