Ingredients For hot kippered salmon

  • 2 lb
    salmon fillet
  • 2 tsp
    salt, kosher preferred
  • pepper to taste
  • 4 tsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    liquid smoke

How To Make hot kippered salmon

  • 1
    Place fillet skin side down, in a greased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and brown sugar; drizzle with liquid smoke. Cover and refrigerate 4-8 hours. Drain any liquid. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
