I got this recipe from a friend. Very good and grills well.

Ingredients For grilled salmon marinade

  • 1 1/2 lb
    salmon fillets
  • INGREDIENTS FOR MARINADE
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1/4 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    water

How To Make grilled salmon marinade

  • 1
    Mix all the marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag.

    Add the salmon to the bag. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Grill 15 minutes for a steak, 6 minutes for a filet. Brushing often with leftover marinate.
