This recipe was a "hey, let's try this" recipe and really surprised us with how good it was. You can adjust the heat by using more or less Gochu Jang. I served it with a side of my Honeyed Carrots and it was the perfect contrast. Also beer helps tame the flame. Enjoy!

1 canbaby clams

4 clovegarlic, thinly sliced

1/2 cwhite wine (not too sweet)

1/4 clime juice

2 Tbsphoney
-
2 Tbspgochu jang paste

1/4 csesame seeds

2 ccooked rice
How To Make gochu jang baby clams over rice

1Heat oil in skillet until hot.

2Saute garlic.

3Add clams and juice. Just dump the can.

4Add wine, lime juice, honey, Gochu Jang paste, and sesame seeds. You will need to stir until the Gochu Jang has "melted".

5Allow to reduce until quite thick.

6Serve over rice.
