Ingredients For ginger shrimp

1 lbshrimp peeled and deveined

1 tspgrated ginger

1/2 tspsalt

2 tspsoy sauce

1 1/2 tspcornstarch

1 tspeach sugar and dark sesame oil

How To Make ginger shrimp

1Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the ginger, salt, and white pepper and marinate 30 minutes. Mix the water and next 6 ingredients together and set aside.

2In a large skillet add the oil and add the shrimp and stir fry 2 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside. Add the onion and garlic stir fry 1 minute. Add the shrimp back to pan and add the water mixture and bring to a boil.

3once thickened add the shrimp back into the pan. Cook 1 minute
