    soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 8 lg
    sea scallops

How To Make ginger glazed scallops

    Mix the soy sauce, ginger, honey and mustard together and set aside. Place the oil in a skillet and get it hot. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt. Sear the scallops 2 minutes each side.

    Add the soy sauce mixture and heat turning the scallops for 30 more seconds. Serve
