How To Make ginger glazed scallops

1Mix the soy sauce, ginger, honey and mustard together and set aside. Place the oil in a skillet and get it hot. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt. Sear the scallops 2 minutes each side.

2Add the soy sauce mixture and heat turning the scallops for 30 more seconds. Serve
