- GINGER SAUCE

1 Tbspwater

1 tsprice vinegar

1/2 tspsesame oil

1 clovegarlic minced

1scallion white part only minced

1 tspbrown sugar
- GUAC

1 lghass avocado
-
1 clovegarlic minced

1/2seeded jalapeno minced

2cherry tomatoes chopped

2 tsplime juice

pinch of salt
- SHRIMP

6peeled and devieined shrimp

salt and pepper

cilantro for garnish
How To Make fusion avocado boats w guac shrimp & ginger sauce

1First make the ginger sauce Mix the soy sauce, water, vinegar, sesame oil,garlic, scallion, ginger and brown sugar together stiring until sugar dissolves. Set aside for flavors to meld.

2Make the guac and boats. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.Scoop the avocado flesh out keeping the skin intack with a thin layer of flesh. Place the flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the garlic, tomatoes, lime juice, jalapeno and salt. Scoop the guac back into the shells.

3Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Steam the shrimp until pink and done. Place three shrimp on top of each avocado boat. Drizzle the ginger sauce over top and garnish with cilantro
