Ingredients For favorite tuna patties by maggie

1 can(5 oz can) tuna - water or oil packed

1 Tbspgreen onion finely chopped

1 Tbspfinely chopped celery

2 tspdill weed

1large egg white
-
1 tsplemon juice

1/8 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/8 cshredded pepper jack cheese
-
1/4 ccracker crumbs - from cheddar crackers gives a nice flavor

2 Tbspbutter

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make favorite tuna patties by maggie

1Mix all ingredients except butter, salt and pepper. Form into 4 small patties or 2 larger patties. This mixture will be loose.

2Place in fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes.

3Melt butter in skillet then add patties. Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes or until golden on each side.

4Serve on a toasted bun with lettuce and tartar sauce.
