delicate shrimp

My wife and I stumbled across this meal at a Diner outside of Baton Rouge two summers ago. They were kind enough to share this recipe. Don't be frightened about the dry beef stew mix with shrimp, it has killer taste!! If you are looking to try a mild Creole meal, this may become a keeper for you as it has for us. We have also used dry Pot Roast seasoning mix in lieu of the beef stew dry mix. Tip from an old shrimp boat captain: Never salt your shrimp till they are done cooking. Enjoy!
