How To Make chilean sea bass with soy glaze

1Mix the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and sake together. Set aside. Add the oil to a skillet. Brown the bass on both sides.

2Pour the soy mixture over the fish and cook until fish is flaky and glistening in the middle. About 5 minutes depending on how thick the bass is.

3The sauce will thicken and coat the fish, Garnish with chives
