1 tspcajun seasoning

8flour tortillas, grilled or heated in a skillet
- SLAW

1head bok choy, finely shredded

1 bunchgreen onions, chopped

1/4 cred bell pepper, chopped
- SALSA

1 cpineapple, small diced
-
1/4 cred onion, small diced

1 tspcilantro, finely chopped

1 tspfresh lime juice

salt, to taste
- LIME CREMA
-
1/4 csour cream
-
1/4 cheavy cream
-
fresh juice from 1 lime
-
salt, to taste
-
2ripe avocadoes, peeled and sliced thinly
How To Make cajun shrimp street tacos

1Mix sour cream, heavy cream, sea salt and lime juice together in a small bowl. Allow it to sit unrefrigerated for 2-3 hours. Cover and refrigerate until needed

2Mix together pineapple, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with sea salt.

3Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Grill shrimp for approximately 3 minutes per side or until completely cooked.

4Each person can make up their own tacos. Suggested order: Flour tortilla, slaw, grilled shrimp, avocado, salsa, crema
