Ingredients For cajun shrimp street tacos

  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 8
    flour tortillas, grilled or heated in a skillet
  • SLAW
  • 1
    head bok choy, finely shredded
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • SALSA
  • 1 c
    pineapple, small diced
  • 1/4 c
    red onion, small diced
  • 1 tsp
    cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    fresh lime juice
  • salt, to taste
  • LIME CREMA
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • fresh juice from 1 lime
  • salt, to taste
  • 2
    ripe avocadoes, peeled and sliced thinly

How To Make cajun shrimp street tacos

  • 1
    Mix sour cream, heavy cream, sea salt and lime juice together in a small bowl. Allow it to sit unrefrigerated for 2-3 hours. Cover and refrigerate until needed

    Mix together pineapple, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with sea salt.

    Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning. Grill shrimp for approximately 3 minutes per side or until completely cooked.
