bonnie's shrimp scampi
This is a super fast, super easy, and super good recipe. Everyone loves it. Serve it on top of Lemon Noodles, stir fry, or as a main entree. I sometimes serve it on top of Cilantro and Lime Rice, or cuddle it up to a good grilled rib-eye steak. Whatever you decide to pair it with, it will quickly become your best go-to recipe for shrimp. Enjoy!

How To Make bonnie's shrimp scampi
-
1Clean 12 jumbo shrimps and lay them on paper towels to absorb the excess moisture.
-
2Melt three tablespoons of real butter in a ten inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the raw shrimp in one layer in the pre-heated skillet, sprinkle generously with freeze-dried dill, salt, and pepper to taste, and saute. Only cook the shrimp until it starts to turn pink, then turn each shrimp to cook the other side. Add two tablespoons of fresh, minced garlic and cook just to release the flavor for about a minute and a half. Squeeze a large whole lemon over all the shrimp in the pan, toss, and serve immediately with a drizzle of the pan juices over each serving of shrimp. Enjoy.
