Ingredients For bbq salmon with mango-lemon slaw

  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4
    red onion chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded cabbage
  • 1 sm
    mango peeled and small dice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    each favorite bbq sauce, soy sauce, and fresh orange juice
  • 6 oz
    salmon filet

How To Make bbq salmon with mango-lemon slaw

  • 1
    mix the lemon juice, mustard, 2 tbsp olive oil, honey together. Stir in the red onion, cabbage, mango, salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Mix the BBQ sauce, soy sauce and orange juice together.

    Add the remaining olive oil to a skillet. Add the salmon and brush with the BBQ sauce turning until desired doneness. Plate and top with slaw.
