I used my Maryland crab cake recipe and switched it up a bit with some Asian flavors. It was moist and delicious. Great served with cilantro rice

Ingredients For asian crab cakes

1 lblump crab meat

1/4 cmayo

1/2 cpanko bread crumbs

1 lgegg
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard

2 tspsoy sauce
-
1 tspchili garlic sauce

2 Tbspvegetable oil
-
thai basil for garnish

1 bottleyum yum sauce
How To Make asian crab cakes

1Mix the first 7 ingredients together and shape into 4 to 6 patties. If the patties are too wet use more Panko.

2Place the oil in a large skillet. Place on med high heat add the patties and cook for 10 minutes flipping a couple of times to get them browned but not burnt.

3To serve place some Yum Yum sauce on plate. Top with a crab cake and garnish with Thai Basil
