Ingredients For apricot garlic dijon glazed salmon

  • 4 lg
    skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/2 c
    apricot jam
  • 1 Tbsp
    each minced garlic, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, and lime juice
  • 2 tsp
    ginger grated
  • scallion green parts only for garnish

How To Make apricot garlic dijon glazed salmon

  • 1
    Mix the Apricot Jam, Garlic, Mustards, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, and Ginger. Place Salmon in a shallow dish and pour the Apricot mixture over top. Let marinate in the glaze at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake in oven about 10 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily. Garnish with the scallions.
