1/2 capricot jam

1 Tbspeach minced garlic, dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, and lime juice

2 tspginger grated

scallion green parts only for garnish
How To Make apricot garlic dijon glazed salmon

1Mix the Apricot Jam, Garlic, Mustards, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice, and Ginger. Place Salmon in a shallow dish and pour the Apricot mixture over top. Let marinate in the glaze at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.

2Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake in oven about 10 minutes or until Salmon flakes easily. Garnish with the scallions.
