I am allergic to seafood, so I substitute canned chicken or tuna for the seafood in this recipe...

Ingredients For almond seafood casserole, mom's

  • 7 1/2 oz
    crab meat, canned
  • 5 1/2 oz
    shrimp, canned
  • 1 c
    celery, diced fine
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, minced
  • 1 can
    chow mein noodles
  • 1 c
    slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup

How To Make almond seafood casserole, mom's

  • 1
    Mix all but nuts and noodles. Add noodles last, just before baking. 1/2 the nuts mix in, the rest go on top. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
