1 lbsushi grade ahi tuna cut into small dice

3scallions chopped

3 Tbsptoasted macadamia nuts

1/4 cfresh cilantro chopped
How To Make ahi poke

1In a small bowl combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sambal and Mirin

2Place the tunal in a bowl and pour the soy mixture over top. Set in fridge for 30 minutes.

3remove from fridge and stir in the nuts and garnish with cilantro
