Ingredients For 4 salmon fried rice

5baby carrot cut in pieces

1 Tbspcanola oil

1/2onion cut pieces

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2dry chili chopped

1stem green onion chopped

2bowl of cold cooked riced
-
1/2cup broccoli cut large pieces

3 clovegarlic sliced

3 ozsalmon cut 3/4 inch

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tspcorn starch
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper powder

2 lgeggs
-
1 tspsoy sauce
-
1/2 tspchicken knorr
How To Make 4 salmon fried rice

1Cut salmon into cubes. Season with salt,dried chili, pepper, garlic powder and a little flour . Let it marinate and set aside

2Prepare ingredients: Dice the carrots, broccoli and green onion

3Boil the broccoli and carrot

4In a frying pan, add 1 tablespoon oil Saute garlic and cook the salmon. Once fully cooked set aside.

5Heat up the bowl of cold rice and cook till warm.

6Put butter in the pan and add the onions.

7Add broccoli, salmon, pepper, green onion, chicken flavor and soy sauce. Enjoy!
