Quiches are something I enjoy, but the hubby isn't quite so sure. However, this is one that he will happily eat!

Ingredients For swiss chicken quiche

  • 9" uncooked pastry shell
  • 1 c
    shredded swiss (4 oz)
  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 2 c
    cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 Tbsp
    wylers chicken flavor instant bouilloon
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 3
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped pimiento

How To Make swiss chicken quiche

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pastry shell 8 min; remove from oven.

    Reduce oven to 350 degrees. In med bowl, toss cheese with flour and bouillon; add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared shell. Bake 40-45 min or until set.

    Let stand 10 min before serving. Refrigerate leftovers.
