(3 ounce) gruyere cheese, shredded or grated

3 ounce swiss cheese , shredded or grated

1 clight cream

3eggs

1 tspground red pepper (optional)

How To Make seafood pie

1Drain shrimp and clams. Beat eggs; add drained shrimp and clams and rest of ingredients.

2Mix well. Pour into pie shell.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
