Ingredients For meat, spinach and mushroom pie

1 lbbulk pork sausage or ground meat

1/4 cchopped onion

1 pkg(10 ounces, each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

2 can( 8 ounces each) mushroom stems and pieces, drained

2eggs, lightly beaten

3 c(12 ounces) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

1unbaked deep dish 9 inch pie shell

1 c(4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make meat, spinach and mushroom pie

1In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.

2Stir in spinach and mushrooms. Combine the eggs and mozzarella cheese. Fold into sausage mixture. Spoon into pie shell.

3Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

4Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

5Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
