It doesn't get any easier than this, comfort food in about 40 minutes! I'm not one to think pre-made, canned recipes are the greatest... But this is really too good not to share. As a father of two, nothing is as appealing as a quick and easy recipe that goes in the oven after only five minutes of prep time, so you can unwind a bit with the kids after work. The taste of this dish will make you think you still live with your mama... But without all the "when are you going to get your haircut?" conversations. Hope you like it!

Ingredients For quick cluck pie

  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar
  • 1 can
    campbell's hearty chicken with vegetables soup
  • 1 can
    campbell's cream of chicken soup

How To Make quick cluck pie

  • 1
    Mix Bisquick, Milk, and Cheese in mixing bowl with fork until set (don't over mix)

    Spread biscuit mix on bottom of #8 cast iron skillet (or equivalent baking dish)

    Whisk together the two cans of soup and pour over biscuit mixture
  • 4
    Bake in a preheated oven at 400° for 35 minutes.
