provolone, salami and spinach pie
An easy Italian spinach pie that will delight your tastebuds. All that cheesy, spinach, salami goodness in one bite. The pie crust is nice and flaky. Not like a quiche with so much custard.

Ingredients For provolone, salami and spinach pie

2pie crusts

16 ozfrozen chopped spinach drained well sqeeezed

One 8 ozroasted red pepper, slices
-
1 pkggenoa salami
-
2 pkgprovolone cheese, slices

8 ozthin sliced deli ham, chopped
-
6eggs, slightly beaten
-
1 cparmesan cheese (use the cheap grated in a plastic jar)

italian seasoning

8 ozfresh mozzarella
How To Make provolone, salami and spinach pie

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Place a pie crust in the bottom of a 9” pie plate.

3Thaw and drain spinach. Get as much water out as possible by twisting out in a tea towel.

4Place1/2 the spinach over the pie crust.
-
5Top the spinach with 1/2 of the salami.
-
6Cover salami with 1 bag of provolone cheese slices.
-
7Top the provolone with 1/2 of the deli ham.

8Whisk eggs and Parmesan cheese together. Pour 1/2 over the top of the provolone/ham.

9Top the egg/Parmesan mix with the rest of the spinach and 1/2 of the roasted bell pepper slices.

10Cover that layer with the rest of the salami.

11Top the salami layer with the other package of provolone slices.

12Cover this layer with the rest of the ham and the rest of the egg mixture. Dust lightly with Italian seasoning.

13Top with the remaining roasted red peppers and chunks of mozzarella cheese.

14End the layering process with topping with the pie crust and tucking in and pinching to seal.

15Bake 375 F for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
