8 ozgrated gruyere or emmental cheese

salt and pepper to taste

freshly grated nutmeg to taste

¾ ozflour

¼ - ½ ptmilk (or half cream and half water)

How To Make porrentruy cheese tart

1Make the short crust pastry and line a 9-inch flan ring with it.

2Mix all the ingredients for the filling and spread this over the pastry.

3Cook in a moderate oven (375°F) for 25-35 minutes and serve hot.
